Welcome to GCI Gear. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to international addresses, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Shipping Time

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other external factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress via the carrier's website.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any potential refund or credit.
